Course
The war began with revolutionary expansion in Inarim and socialist agitation in northern Rietania. Roscovian forces created a supply corridor by occupying Frenemican countryside and bisecting Manhisan territory, while Rietanian socialist forces fortified captured towns and Inarim forces fractured under internal ethnic violence.
Ceresia remained formally neutral but controlled the escalation environment. It sold or withheld knowledge according to balance, threatened annihilation over nuclear use, destroyed a rogue nuclear site through commando action, and used arms licensing to turn neutrality into coercive strategic supervision.
Settlement
After breakthroughs by both Roscovian and Manhisan forces, Ceresia forced a peace in which referendums would determine the alignment of occupied territories. This settlement was formalized through the Treaty of Ceresia.
