The Sannamid Empire was the Astaran successor order that restored southern control after Kessetian fragmentation and prefigured the Hanmavian imperial region.
The Sannamid Empire emerged from the Shansana'miyya margrave line after Kessetian fragmentation. Through espionage, alliances, reconquest, and frontier consolidation, it restored Astaran authority to the Damian and Kars rivers before long decay exposed it to dynastic replacement.
