Astaran is the southern Ponitzian capital city central to Sannamid, Hanmavian, Manhisan, and treaty history.
Astaran began as Ashatanary, the capital of the Shan tribal federation at the tip of the Astaran Peninsula. It later became the capital of Sannamid, Hanmavian, and Manhisan power and a recurrent diplomatic name in continental treaty law.
