Project Dreammaker

Project Dreammaker was the industrial mobilization that produced the Dreammaker Experimental Vessel. KIC diverted approximately ninety percent of its operations and a major portion of federation-member resources into strip mining asteroids, building enormous foundries, and constructing a moon-sized staryard on Mirga.

Developmental Effects

The program produced cryogenics, advanced artificial intelligence restrictions and applications, terraforming methods, gravity-well core drilling, artificial atmospheric generation, and a new industrial base. Its first mission reached System Xide and initiated the process by which Ceresia converted the home system and successor systems into Type II civilizations.
