Kohlian Enterprises Inc. (KEI) is the public-facing holding company attached to Kohlian Industries Consolidated. It gives outside investors a controlled and less powerful exposure to KIC while preserving the strategic duopoly between KEI management and the Imperial Fund.

Investment Role

Direct KIC shares are selectively sold and politically regulated, making KEI the more accessible but structurally weaker investment path. This separation keeps KIC responsive to state technocratic policy while allowing capital markets to participate in its expansion.
