The Rose League was the post-Hanmavian bloc of local nobles and splinter states that broke from the empire and divided much of Ponitz.
The Rose League emerged when Hanmavian local duchies and strong noble families declared independence. Its successor states shaped modern central and southern Ponitz, but failed to depose the Manhisan core.
