The Northern League was the personal-union system organized by the House of Voyar after the consolidation of Rosoviya into several stronger kingdoms. Volynia relinquished imperial styling so the three principal monarchies could share a triumviral crown while retaining internal administrative autonomy.

Institutions

The league created a common currency, connective infrastructure, open borders, and a standardized noble military. Nobles lost some administrative powers and absolute serfdom, while serfs gained compensation rights and protection from the harshest forms of Rosoviyan bondage.

Strategic Position

The Northern League survived the Hanmavian frontier crisis, supported Anti-Rietan independence to secure Ceresian trade concessions, and later fractured under Gischenist and socialist revolutionary pressure during the Era of Trouble.
